Senior Finance Associate - Capital Reporting
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Finance Associate to work in our Finance Division.
Join Morgan Stanley's Finance Division in Budapest and play a key role in shaping how capital insights support business decisions across the Firm. In this Director role, you will go beyond reporting-delivering high-quality analysis and meaningful insights on capital and balance sheet metrics that directly impact senior decision-making.

What you'll do in the role:
- Deliver accurate and insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly capital reporting (RWA, leverage, capital metrics)
- Partner with Finance, Risk, and Business Units to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Support senior stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations
- Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and automation capabilities
- Contribute to enhancing management reporting, aligning outputs with evolving business and regulatory needs
What you'll bring to the role:
- 4+ years of experience in finance, reporting, or analytical roles-ideally in financial services
- Strong understanding of financial and capital metrics (RWA, leverage)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with automation tools (e.g. Alteryx, Knime) is an advantage
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear business insights
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach
