We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst to work in our Finance Division.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering regulatory change initiatives, enhancing reporting processes, and driving business transformation across a complex global environment. What you'll do in the role:

  • Lead and support regulatory reporting change initiatives, translating new requirements into business and operational solutions
  • Partner with Finance, Risk, Data, and Technology teams to analyze processes, define requirements, and drive successful implementation
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data flows, controls, and automation capabilities
  • Support the rollout of regulatory and strategic transformation programs, driving efficiency and operational excellence
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, testing activities, and change adoption efforts
  • Contribute to strengthening reporting accuracy, transparency, and governance across regulatory reporting processes

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Change Management, Regulatory Reporting, Finance, or Risk
  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks and financial services processes
  • Proven experience delivering cross-functional change and transformation initiatives
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technology audiences
