Scrum Master (Hybrid)

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Scrum Master to organize, coach, and drive team to deliver high quality results in a sustainable way.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Technical Program Management position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Improve transparency and predictability of team output.
  • Assist the squad in identifying and removing technical and organizational impediments.
  • Use metrics and tooling to identify trends and opportunities improvement.
  • Facilitate and improve team interactions with partners, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the squad regularly celebrates success.
  • Align squad with Cloud Fleet operating model; actively participate in Scrum Master guild.
  • Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to improve process and delivery.


What you'll bring to the role:
  • 6-8 years working in an Agile framework, preferably Scrum
  • Strong communication skills (Effective, articulate, succinct communicator)
  • Ability to hold self and team accountable for delivery
  • Ability to partner with product owner and stakeholders to articulate roadmaps and goals
  • Demonstrated expertise in team building
  • Experience working with or knowledge of public cloud
  • Strong Knowledge of JIRA
  • Act as a servant leader for the squad Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience driving delivery and change
  • Dedication to finding creative ways of working; driving for continuous improvement
  • Ability to influence behavior without having formal organizational hierarchy
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations to manage dependencies and remove blockers
  • Demonstrated expertise in relationship building
  • Dedication to cross-function collaboration, communication and breaking down of silos
  • Facilitate creativity & empowerment inside the squad
  • Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, and/or SAFE-5)


Optional Qualifications
  • Baseline Cloud Service Provider certifications: AWS Practitioner Azure AZ- 900
  • Knowledge of Roadmunk and Rally
  • Financial Services and transformation experience
