Risk COO (Risk Management) : Job Level - Vice President

> Develop, implement, and maintain market risk reports covering fixed income, commodity, equity trading and lending. > Working closely with risk managers to understand their reporting requirements. Design and produce presentations as well as manage ad-hoc requests for risk managers and senior management. > Collaborate with risk managers, data team, Business Unit representation and Agile IT squads to identify and implement solutions for new reports, data quality improvements and reporting infrastructure improvements. > Contributing to infrastructure projects that impact Reporting such as reorganization of data tables within databases. > Working on projects to enhance report efficiency and exploration of new reporting tools. FRM is committed to creating and providing opportunities that enable our workforce to reflect diverse backgrounds and views. > Bachelor's degree or equivalent. > Prior experience of data analysis or reporting role preferably at Financial Services and/or Consulting Firms. > Prior knowledge of financial products, financial markets, and risk drivers. > Strong leadership skills to drive data and reporting initiatives forward with the ability to influence and execute the vision and strategy of the department. > Comfortable using databases and handling large datasets. > Proficiency with technology and visualization tools, particularly VBA, SQL, databases and PowerBI. > The ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, both written and verbally. > The ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multi-regional team > Strong attention to detail and ability to provide information in usable formats (proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word) > The ability to work independently in a self-directed way in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. > An interest in working in a fast-paced environment, often balancing multiple high priority deliverables.
