This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Request for Proposal (RFP) Specialist is responsible for supporting the Institutional and Wealth Management distribution channels by responding to recurring and ad hoc due diligence requests with a particular focus on firm and strategy level information. The Investment Proposals team serves as the hub through which information is compiled and disseminated to both internal and external clients. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams so we are seeking an individual with high initiative that has demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. The candidate must be detail oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Construct drafts, progressing to independent completion of Requests for Proposals/Information (RFP/RFI) and similar sales due diligence requests, including managing deadlines, compiling information from multiple internal sources, and making sure content complies with Parametric's brand and guidelines.
- Responsible for supporting, and eventually independently completing, quarterly, monthly and ad hoc due diligence requests.
- Partner with Content Specialist to construct Sample RFPs.
- Help ensure accuracy within the RFP response database (Loopio).
- Gain exposure to completion of Institutional RFPs and requests with a higher level of complexity/customization
- Use AI and automation tools to enhance RFP response development, including initial drafting, content reuse, and quality checks, while ensuring alignment with firm standards and SME input
- Explore and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance RFP workflow processes, drive efficiencies, and support continuous improvement
- Develop a full working knowledge of the firm's structure, key personnel, organizational policies and procedures, and investment/product knowledge
- Develop strong relationships with internal subject matter experts, including product management, sales, client relations, and investment professionals, to facilitate collaboration across teams and understand client needs to create customized RFP responses that highlight the firm's strategic and competitive advantage
- Gain mastery of internal systems and team organization/workflow management with assistance from more senior team members/management
- Some interaction with compliance/legal to review and obtain approvals of materials.
- Partner with Data Team to ensure the quantitative information is accurately providing the response needed for the deliverable

- Act as a contributing member of the team, participating in projects guided by Sr. RFP Specialists and/or management
- Assume other responsibilities as required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-year degree or equivalent, preferably in a related discipline such as business, finance, or economics.
- Interest in financial services and a desire to learn more and/or pursue a career in the industry
- 1-3 years of work experience (inclusive of internships) and/or 1-3 years of writing experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle a heavy, deadline-oriented workload.
- Superior project management abilities.
- Ability to successfully navigate simultaneous multi-level projects and tasks in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel desired and additional quantitative skills preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated willingness to adopt and use AI-enabled tools to support RFP workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve deliverable quality.

Salary range for the position: $70,000 - 140,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
