We're seeking someone to join our team as a Regulatory Capital Internal Reporting Professional to work in our Finance Division.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis, and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is a Director position within our Corporate Controllers, Reporting & Accounting Job Family which is responsible for the accuracy and control of the Firm's books and records to produce the consolidated firm, segment and legal entities financial statements, including development, management and oversight of financial accounting & reporting systems as well as database management, including capital and liquidity reporting and external reporting functions.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Oversee the production of weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables related to Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA), Leverage, and Capital reports under the Basel III framework.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new regulatory requirements and support the development of associated reporting processes.
  • Collaborate closely with global and local teams across Finance, Risk, and Technology to ensure consistent, high-quality capital outputs.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and respond to data requests from Business Units to support capital insights and decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement by initiating and participating in process enhancements, automation projects, and innovation initiatives aligned with the team's data-driven and AI-enabled direction.


What you'll bring to the role:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field, and the ability to work full-time.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Risk, Business Analysis, Accounting, or related areas-ideally within the financial services industry (regulatory reporting, product control, liquidity, treasury).
  • Experience in regulatory reporting and familiarity with Basel regulations, which is considered an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with workflow or automation tools such as Alteryx or Knime is a plus.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues to deliver high-impact results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
