We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Manager with skills in programming and databases, a keen interest in process optimization, and a structured approach to problem solving. The business environment is complex and there are many processes that requires deep analysis followed by end-to-end automation. We are seeking leaders who can help further enhance the performance of the organization, by applying his/ her creativity, and by making use of familiar tools and new tools in the marketplace. The candidate's responsibility will span across almost all facets of MSFS, working with various groups on such projects. Besides analytical and technical skills, the candidate must have good communication skills, a collaborative attitude, high creativity, as well as being an independent thinker and at the same time a great listener.

The Product Development team is the engine at the heart of our MSFS technology ecosystem, ensuring our platforms perform seamlessly for clients and colleagues every day while leading transformative changes across our business. Through the team's deep partnership with our Technology department, they are reimagining how we work and how clients and their investors engage with MSFS. This team enables breakthrough innovation and an elevated user experience. Product Development is also at the forefront of adopting advanced technologies, including robotics and artificial intelligence, to deliver greater scale, efficiency, and operational excellence for MSFS and its stakeholders.
What you'll do in the role:
Liaise with executive management & business users across locations to understand/ document business requirements, detail the use cases & propose solution options
Design & develop a solution which is flexible to incorporate changes and scalable
End-to-end ownership of the tools built for client processes
Envisioning scenarios and take steps to incorporate them in the solution
Own deliverables across the automation journey to ensure the use cases and scenarios are properly documented & analysed
Create & manage project plans, call out risks & issues proactively, report progress against the plan & track associated project benefits
Create training plans & provide trainings to team-members & users as need arises
Ability to wear multiple hats including but not limited to Business Analyst, Developer (20-30% Coding might be required), Project Manager, Tester & Business User

What you'll bring to the role:
- B.Tech/ B.E. or an equivalent engineering degree along with either MBA or equivalent degree in Finance/ Accounting or CFA or equivalent certification with 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated programming skills in any one language, experience with Python, VBA is a plus
- Demonstrated interest and skills in technology and process management
- Ability to work with Microsoft office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
- Knowledge of databases, database concepts with ability to handle large data-set will be a plus
- Strong project management skills with ability to take ownership & lead projects independently with minimum supervision
- Working knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, Rally or any other in-house developed tools
- Strong communication skills & ability to interface with executive management, business users and technology development teams in multiple locations
- Should be detailed oriented and must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders for prioritisation and tracking of requirements
- Ability to do people management and work as part of focused globally distributed teams, in a complex matrix environment
- Ability to handle pressure, effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks with high level of accuracy
- Proactive, positive, self-motivated & a good team player
