Prime Brokerage Operations, Vice President

We're seeking someone to join our Prime Brokerage Operations team as a Vice President within the HK CSG team. In this role, you will lead the daily management of swap trade allocations, trade breaks, and cash trade matching and settlement, while acting as the primary operational contact for key clients. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex queries and play a critical role in driving operational excellence, innovation, and transformation.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units to deliver efficient, scalable, and controlled processing across the trade lifecycle. We focus on enhancing client experience, supporting business growth, and strengthening operational resilience through automation and continuous improvement.

This is a Vice President position within Prime Brokerage Operations, specifically the HK Client Service Group (CSG), responsible for client servicing, trade lifecycle management, and operational support for Prime Brokerage and DSP businesses.

What you'll do in the role

• Lead daily client servicing functions, including trade allocations, amendments, and reporting
• Oversee swap allocation, trade breaks resolution, and cash trade matching and settlement processes
• Serve as the primary escalation point and operational contact for key client relationships
• Drive process improvements through root cause analysis and strategic initiatives
• Identify and promote Straight Through Processing (STP) opportunities across workflows
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to anticipate client needs and ensure seamless delivery
• Champion system enhancements and automation aligned with firmwide transformation goals
• Strengthen control frameworks and ensure adherence to operational risk standards
• Proactively identify, assess, and escalate risk issues to senior management
• Build strong partnerships with Prime Brokerage and DSP business units
