OTC Product_Vice President_Change, Analytics & Strategy
We're seeking someone to join our team as Vice President _Change, Analytics & Strategy to will play a key role in helping transform how Morgan Stanley Operates.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.
This is a OTC Product, Business Analysis role, position at Vice President level within Change, Analytics & Strategy, which is responsible for developing operating and technology strategies, managing and executing transformation initiatives, leading Agile fleet activities, driving innovation, developing analytics solutions and delivering business outcomes.

What you'll do in the role:
- Manage complex processes and/or support significant process management/project efforts
- Lead in process improvement, project management or technology development and testing across multiple teams and/or divisions
- Analyse and expose ambiguous, complex issues or non-standard issues, identify risks, root causes and propose future actions, tracking through to resolution
- Build and manage relationships with business unit partners, other Morgan Stanley infrastructure departments, and external contact points in Client or Market organizations
- Lead the delivery solution and proposal for transaction reporting on the defined area and work with wider TTRO team to ensure best practice
- Management responsibilities for a small team of employees and consultants.
- Exposure into OTC Products.
- Plan, test and control deployment and verification process. Prepare test strategy and approach
- You will have a background in Capital Markets and preferably knowledge of Derivative Products, including Listed Derivatives, FX, Commodities, Equity, Credit and Interest Rates.
- You deliver on Business Process Transformation initiatives and Software Delivery projects; to identify project risks and barriers; to support Business Migration through process change or software delivery; and to track and realise business benefits.
- You are aware of the long-term impact of regulatory environment and market changes on the business. You make plans where appropriate to adapt control processes and procedures.
- You will have an added advantage if you possess prior regulatory experience in MiFID / EMIR / CFTC or other APAC regulations.
- As a CTB Operations Advanced Specialist perform business analysis activities in order to define solutions, utilising a mix of product, process knowledge and technical domain knowledge.

- Front-to-back knowledge of the processes, projects, systems, markets and instruments that influence their team with a comprehensive understanding of job-related operational/compliance policies and procedures
- Ability to think commercially, understand the impact of initiatives, risks on the operational budget
- Ability to address non-standard issues within area of expertise
- Culture carrier and role model, representing and leading the Firm's core values to influence and motivate those around you
- At least 12 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
