Operations PMO Support - Transformation - Director

We're seeking someone to join our team in a PMO support position in Collateral Ops within ISG Equity Operations to support delivery of our strategic vision in partnership with our Operations and Technical teams, predominantly through the use of Agile methodology.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Specialist position at Director level position within the Change, Analytics & Strategy team.

- Coordinate technology changes between the global Collateral Operations & Technology teams

- Develop strong relationships with IT colleagues to design, develop and implement technology platforms to deliver solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collect, assess and document business requirements, complete the necessary analysis of product data, recommend implementation priorities and advise stakeholders on solution alternatives, benefits and costs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Must be able to articulate the right level of detail based on the audience, concisely explain complex issues and possess strong written and oral executive-level communications skills
- Track and review team projects and help to assess risk and next steps
- Provide regular project status updates to the stakeholders and the senior change management, identify and escalate project risks
- Own the assigned projects or streams, initiate and coordinate the necessary changes until timely delivery.
- Coordinate testing and sign off on requirements.

What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to lead by example, work with drive and determination, and put forward challenging views to senior levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Signavio required.
- Experience with Automation (Particularly with tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, UI Path,)
- Project management experience required.
- Organization and time-management skills required.
- Experience of using the AGILE approach beneficial.
- A self-starter with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as work across a global team.
- Demonstration in their past work and/or academic experience of robust analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a strong desire to advance personal & career development.
- Exposure to collateral products is beneficial.
- Ability to operate independently across the majority of day-to-day responsibilities
