We're seeking someone to join our Wealth Management Technology division as a .Net Fullstack Lead Developer in Services Technology - Digital Engagement & Services team to play a key role in helping transform how Morgan Stanley operates

This is a Lead Software Engineering position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family maintaining software solutions that support business needs

What you'll do in the role:
Digital Engagement and Analytics (DEA) is a dynamic and fast-paced area within the Firm's WM Technology Division. We are responsible for creating innovative technology solutions for the FA and CSA user base, one of the strategic growth areas of the Firm, providing application dashboards and workflows that help our FAs provide services to our WM clients. If you are an exceptional individual who is interested in solving complex problems and building sophisticated solutions in a dynamic team environment, DEA is the place for you.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting the 3D - web / mobile applications.
- Senior Full Stack lead who can work within a team environment and take ownership for the whole end to end delivery, analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance of large-scale and distributed applications
- Work on application development for with focus on delivering business tasks with best code quality and performance
- Work as part of an Agile squad and interact with other squad members as well as external stakeholders including business and technology partners (local as well as global) across Wealth Management, infrastructure team, architecture team to deliver the objectives.

What you'll bring to the role:
- 12+ years of hands-on professional experience using C#.NET, Restful APIs, Web-API, Dot Net Core and related frameworks
- 7+ years hands on experience creating/consuming web services, REST Services and SQL Server
- 5+ years of exposure working with RDBMS
- 5+ years of experience in client-side technologies - HTML, Java script, Typescript, Angular
- Solid understanding and experience with Object-Oriented design and development
- Experience of working with geographically dispersed teams, that fall across different time zones
- Working knowledge of JIRA, VSCode, CI Tools or other ALM tools to create a productive, high quality development environment
