Marketing Data Analyst
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Marketing Data Analyst for Firmwide Marketing Analytics. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering accurate, high-quality analysis with actionable insights & strategic recommendations to our Firmwide Marketing team to support the Integrated Firm Strategy. This pivotal role is part of the Analytics & Data organization in the Wealth Management division at Morgan Stanley.

You will
- Track, analyze, and evaluate web pages, events, and content performance, providing strategic recommendations for optimization and adding more business value, and support partners on ad-hoc requests.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive and accurate dashboards featuring key performance indicators (KPIs) for Firmwide Marketing partners.
- Conduct in-depth marketing analysis on quality and on time, with both internal and external perspectives, generating strategic outcomes to identify business opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Communicate the analytical outcomes to executives and partners and support them to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance and effective risk management in all analytics activities.
You have
- A bachelor's or higher degree in technical field with Business/Economics background or vice versa.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar Business Data role.
- Proven Experience in Digital Marketing Analytics and familiar with the tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with experience in developing and maintaining dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in SQL for data analytics, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Ability to conduct in-depth marketing analysis and generate strategic outcomes for business improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and transparently with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve results.
- Growth mindset - eg. to learn new technical skills such as to leverage GenAI tools to improve efficiency and innovation.
You might also have
- Experience in Python for data analytics.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and software such as Tableau.
