Junior Automation Specialist

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Junior Automation Specialist.
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources.

What you'll do in the role:
- Automate reporting workflows and assist in transitioning Excel-based reports to Business Intelligence tools
- Create and maintain data visualizations using diverse datasets to drive actionable insights and decision-making
- Identify inefficiencies in existing Excel-based processes and help implement sustainable automation solutions
- Document solutions and provide training or support to end-users, encouraging broader adoption of automation tools
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to understand reporting needs, align on process improvements, and ensure the successful delivery of automation and analytics solutions
What you 'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance/Accounting or a related field with 3+ years of experience in finance or analytics
- Experience with ETL tools such as Dataiku or Alteryx, or proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power Tools)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office automation, including advanced Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills, balancing various projects while maintaining high attention to detail
- A proactive approach, taking ownership of initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep into complex data
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A continuous learning mindset with interest in emerging technologies and tools in data analytics and automation
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
