Profile Description
We're seeking someone to join our WM Technology team as a Java Developer, in MS at Work Tech to We are looking for strong back-end engineer with knowledge of front-end frameworks and technologies to help us build a scalable, reliable, secure, and resilient enterprise platform on a global scale. We are passionate about improving and learning every day through collaboration, hackathons, learning hours and mentorship. This is Director position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you'll do in the role:
1. Be a part of a small team, consisting of 3 developers, a QA specialist and shared resources like PMs and a Manager.
2. Help maintain a stable application by fixing production issues on priority basis.
3. Investigate production code breaks and identify the root causes.
4. Propose and develop tactical and strategical solutions.
5. Able handle multiple issues by guiding the team members.
6. Design, implement, and test new functionality.
7. Performance tuning of legacy complex codes.
8. Be stability focused learn about the business and help bring value to end users.
9. Follow Agile development methodologies
10. Work closely with QA we find and fix our own bugs
11. Use your experience to help the whole team get better
What you'll bring to the role:
1.Distributed Systems Design and Building Knowledge

2. Java Backend & Java 11 and above experience
Frameworks
1.Spring, Spring Boot Services, Restful Services & API design, Hibernate.
2.WebLogic or equivalent App server experience
3. Knowledge of Microservice Architecture and Working experience
4. Knowledge of Event driven architecture Kafka, JMS ,Caching Solutions e.g., Redis, Memcache., JDBC Oracle or equivalent RDBMS Database knowledge
5. SQL queries and ways to optimize
6.Dev & DevOps Tools - Gradle, Maven
7. Testing - JUnit 5, Selenium
