Global Integration Team, Shared Services, Client Segments , Associate, Wealth Management
Role Overview:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing and executing project management tasks within the MSAW Shared Services Global Integration Intake team. This position involves assessing new intakes, managing stakeholders, and producing management reports using advanced visualization tools. The ideal candidate will be technically adept, possess strong communication skills, and excel in relationship-building to drive successful project outcomes and contribute to process and product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
> Oversee end-to-end project management for new processes within Shared Services, including conducting discovery calls, updating intake trackers, and maintaining JIRA dashboards. Perform regular checks to ensure project delivery remains on track.

> Provide management with regular updates on project status, statistics, and metrics on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis to demonstrate intake progress.
> Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the RPA (Robotics and Process Automaton) team to explore process optimization through automation.
> Utilize AI and visualization skills to create impactful presentations for quarterly business reviews.
> Serve as a liaison between internal business partners and clients to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
> Support the Shared Services team with analysis and activities as required by business needs. Qualifications:
> Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
> Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project management.
> Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
> Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
> Excellent time-management, planning, and organizational skills.
> High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
> Self-starter with proven initiative, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
> Experience with Tableau and Power BI, with a willingness to upskill using AI tools.
