Front-end developer - Director- Data & Analytics Engineering
Profile Description
We're seeking someone to join our CDRR Technology team as a Front-end developer, in Firmwide Data Office to o build an Enterprise Knowledge Graph by harnessing the power of Graph and Semantic technologies to map complex application, data and infrastructure asset relationships to facilitate data-driven insights and decision making.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.
This is Director position that provides specialist data analysis and expertise that drive decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines, implementing data models, optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility, including applying machine learning and AI-based techniques.

What you'll do in the role:
- As a member of our Software Development team, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices.

What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.
- Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents), as well as modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Familiarity with ALM/SDLC practices, including environment setup, solution export/import, role-based access control, and web application deployment.
- Experience with custom connectors, plugins, and RESTful APIs for Power Platform, web integration and with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external data sources.
- Understanding of data modelling, process automation, and application lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
