Fleet Co-ordinator_Director_Technical Program Management

We're seeking someone to join our team as Fleet Co-ordinator in Mumbai. In an effort to protect client assets, provide a safe and secure banking environment, and minimize financial loss to the Firm from systematic security risk, the Fraud department (within CDRR), as the firm's 1st line of defence, is tasked with implementing the firm fraud strategy, continuously enhancing fraud controls with the existing and acquired businesses, monitoring client account activities, investigating fraud incidents, managing targeted fraud attack events, mitigating potential fraud losses, performing root cause analysis and lessons learned, and educating employee and clients to raise fraud awareness.

CDRR Technology

The Cybersecurity organization's mission is to create an agile, adaptable organization with the skills and expertise needed to defend against increasingly sophisticated adversaries. This will be achieved by maintaining sound capabilities to identify and protect our assets, proactively assessing threats and vulnerabilities and detecting events, ensuring resiliency through our ability to respond to and recover from incidents and building awareness and increase vigilance while continually developing our cyber workforce.

Fraud Department

Fraud Operations mission is to deliver first-line defences to protect clients and the firm against Internal and External Fraud. We have powerful capabilities to be alerted to potential issues, make near real-time decisions both externally and internally, react to industry threats, and protect the firm. Technical Program Management

This is Director position that oversees and leads the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.

What you'll do in the role:

1. Intake Process Across All Fraud Squads
• Design and manage a standardized intake process to evaluate, assign, and track work across all fraud squads.
• Ensure transparency and consistency in how requests are handled and routed.

2. Prioritization of Projects Across Squads
• Facilitate prioritization discussions across squads to align work with strategic goals, capacity, and urgency.
• Maintain a dynamic prioritization framework that adapts to evolving fraud risks and business needs.

3. Define and Measure Objectives and Key Outcomes (OKRs)
• Collaborate with squad leads and stakeholders to define clear objectives and measurable key results.
• Track progress and report on OKRs to drive accountability and performance.

4. Monthly Updates on Priorities and Fleet Objectives
• Prepare and circulate monthly summaries of squad priorities, delivery status, and alignment with fleet-level objectives.
• Highlight risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies.

5. Strategic Program Updates at CDRR Level
• Represent fleet-level initiatives in Control Design Review and Reporting (CDRR) forums.
• Provide strategic updates, impact assessments, and alignment with fraud control frameworks.

6. Quarterly IBR (Integrated Business Review) Participation
• Lead quarterly IBR reviews, presenting fleet performance, delivery metrics, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to refine roadmap and investment priorities.

7. Risk Management and Compliance Oversight
• Identify and escalate delivery risks, control gaps, and compliance issues across squad activities.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise risk policies, fraud control standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with risk and compliance teams to embed hygiene controls and monitor mitigation plans.

What you'll bring to the role:

• 5+ years of experience in program coordination, agile delivery, or operational enablement within fraud, risk, or financial technology.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, OKRs, and governance frameworks.

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Understanding of risk management principles and regulatory compliance in financial services.
