Roles and Responsibility - India FM Associate

  • Regulatory Engagement & Change Management: Partner with stakeholders to lead end-to-end regulatory and change management initiatives in a fast-moving regulatory landscape. Execute cross-functional projects delivering outcomes under tight timelines, ensuring clear ownership and providing relevant governance socialization
  • Executive Reporting & Leadership Communications: Key contributor in developing high-impact executive materials-including strategy briefs, regulatory submissions, and leadership updates -shaping narrative, positioning, and messaging for senior management, clients, regulators, and Firm-wide forums.
  • Business Management and Executive Governance: Support key business management and governance processes, including Management Committee and Board-related forums in collaboration with multiple stakeholders ensuring high quality decision-making, risk oversight, and execution discipline.
  • Leverage Digital Tools for Productivity Enablement: Enable responsible adoption for AI and market research tools (e.g., Copilot, Refinitiv Eikon) to elevate research quality and streamline recurring analyses/reporting. Partner with team members to identify high-impact use cases for AI adoption to deliver measurable productivity gains
  • CEO/COO Office Support: Support briefing materials and talking points preparation for internal and external forums and enable social media content curation. Support Operating and Management Committee visitor engagements including agenda design, briefing materials and meeting coordination to ensure seamless execution across multiple senior stakeholder
  • Stakeholder Management & Cross-BU Collaboration: Act as a coordination hub across Business Units and Control Functions, building strong working relationships to enable seamless collaboration, resolve interdependencies, and ensure consistent outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
