Financial Accounting Controller

Perform all aspects of the accounting function, including preparing journal entries, maintaining subledgers, reconciliations, and financial analysis Collaborate with senior Business Unit partners from around the globe Prepare ad-hoc and regular analyses and deliver insightful information to key stakeholders and management on financial performance Identify development opportunities and implement enhancements; look for ways of improving the efficiency, process and data quality, test and support implementation of improvement initiatives Completed Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines Min. 2 years of Accounting / Financial reporting related work experience Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Self-motivated personality with high standards for quality of work and accuracy Proactive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills in English Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
