Analyze collateral tapes in Excel and other software applications for data integrity. Create financial models to project cash flows and run scenario analysis in Excel and other software applications. Work with different internal and external counterparts to execute on all aspects of securitization transactions including review of legal documentation. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials for sales distribution. An Undergraduate or Master's degree. Very strong oral / written communication skills and presentation skills. Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Proactive and results-oriented mind-set. Understanding of bond math and discounting. Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Ability to operate collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong quantitative, analytical, and modeling skills. Preference for candidates with experience in Securitized Products or internships in a Finance-related field who have a genuine interest in the financial markets, specifically Fixed Income. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment for Analyst, and between $150,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment for Associate.
