Employee Trading and Investing, Analyst, Oversight, Monitoring and Testing

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Associate in the Legal and Compliance division in Employee Trading and Investing, this is a global team across New York, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is an Associate level position within the Oversight, Monitoring and Testing.

What you'll do in the role:

• Provide advice and guidance to employees on their investing and outside activities
• Make sure Account related documentation is complete
• Review employee personal account trades

What you'll bring to the role:

• The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience preferably with experience in financial industry
• Industry qualifications i.e. Graduate /Post Graduate / MBA
• Basic understanding of regulatory regime in different jurisdictions
• Basic understanding of financial markets and products
• Should be comfortable working with technology and the ability to provide solutions to enhance system efficiency
• Understanding the implications of risk involved
• Strong Analytical and Communication skills
• Attention to detail

Coverage

• Monday to Friday (shift timing depends on regional coverage)
• Periodic evening calls with US and EMEA internal clients
