We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in Credit Risk Analytics team.
Firm Risk Management
In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyze and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

What you'll do in the role:
Primary job responsibilities include:
• Understand the WM products in detail and have good knowledge to stress testing methodologies to calculate reserves under CECL & IFRS9 approaches.
• Perform analyses to support enhancements to CCAR stress testing, CECL reserve, IFRS9 and Basel Capital methodologies for Wealth Management retail and wholesale lending products
• Collaborate with Credit Risk Coverage and modeling teams to develop and enhance stress testing methodologies and modeling approaches
• Produce and present business analytics for partners in Credit Risk Coverage and the Wealth Management business unit
• Produce documentation and presentations to effectively communicate key information to senior management and regulators
• Develop methods and tools to streamline and increase efficiency of various work streams Skillset
• Familiarity with capital and credit loss modeling (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access Database skills. Also, previous experience in data analytics of large data sets and coding experience (e.g., SQL, VBA, Tableau) a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to communicate effectively with senior management and regulators
• Process management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with relentless attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and implementation skills
What you'll bring to the role:
Skills/Experience
• Master's degree required (MBA, Master's in Finance/Economics)

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
• Previous analytics and/ or credit risk management experience (preferred)
