Corporate Treasury & Capital Planning Associate

Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Treasury tools and/or products Collaborate across multiple teams to maintain and enhance documentation, capabilities and processes, including strategic change initiatives and remediation efforts in response to regulatory feedback Analyze and interpret EU regulatory requirements related to recovery and resolution planning Execute ad hoc requests/inquiries from senior management and aid in decision making process Analyse RRP impact from new products and transactions Build close links with other key stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Tax, Legal, Operations and Technology Working knowledge of Treasury, industry and competitive environment At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt to various audiences Willingness to seek guidance and provide feedback to further develop self and peers Strong analytical and communication capabilities including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity Strong teamwork skills with an ability to work with virtual teams and colleagues across the regions contributing to common goals A strong sense of organization and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant work experience in the financial industry (e.g. a Bank, Investment Firm/Broker-Dealer, Regulator or Consulting Firm); Working experience of regulatory requirements relating to RRP is a plus Adept at working in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment Diversity of thought Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
