Change Management and Process Optimization (Hybrid)
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join the Workforce Technology & Services (WTS) Team as a Change Management and Process Optimization Specialist. This role is ideal for a strategic, user-experience professional skilled at developing and executing strategies to ensure new products, systems, or processes are successfully adopted and used by their intended audience.
Key responsibilities include conducting user research, designing intuitive interfaces, creating communication and training plans, and managing resistance to change to maximize user engagement and achieve business goals. The role requires collaboration with various teams like product, design, and engineering, to drive successful, long-term adoption and user satisfaction. This role will be best for someone who has a proven track record of managing multiple, complex chang projects simultaneously, and working autonomously in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.

What you'll do in the role:
- Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences from Senior Stakeholders to the non-technical end user, both verbally and in writing, across multiple platforms (e.g., email, video, instant messaging)."
- User research and experience design: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping to understand user needs, identify pain points, and design intuitive solutions
- Demonstrated skill in de-escalating tense situations and guiding parties toward consensus.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset; ability to influence and inspire others; commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management and process optimization strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to achieve operational excellence.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management and process improvement efforts.
- Risk Management: Assess risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, user experience or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a senior leadership role / managing a team
- Proven interpersonal skills, including establishing rapport, building relationships, fostering trust quickly at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to tailor communication style to audience needs and organizational context."
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping to understand needs, identify pain points, and design intuitive solutions
- Well versed in key Office / Productivity tools like Microsoft Office Teams, AI
