Cash Management Associate- Shared Services & Banking Operations
We're seeking someone to join our team as a
to provide utility processing services to Global Operations.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position within the Treasury & Financing Services, which has primary responsibility for operational control, management and reporting in delivering Firm payment services and oversight of the Firm's external network of cash clearing and securities settlement providers.

What you'll do in the role:
- Monitors the Firm's cash flows and balances providing Treasury with intraday forecasting as well as longer term forecasts.

- Acts as a control team on behalf of the Corporate Treasury and Liquidity Management ensuring timely processing of funding transfers by actioning any exceptions or confirmation that these deals might trigger.
- Responsible for multiple High Impact Functions (HIFs) function such as Client Money processing, ensuring & ensures the processing is completed with utmost accuracy.
- Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks and/or projects in a Team Lead capacity
- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and leverage detailed knowledge to propose changes in process
- Train others, allocate tasks and support with first line escalation where required
- Share expert knowledge across the team, contribute to team output and development, building relationships across the Firm
What you'll bring to the role:
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team
- Ability to operate independently with respect to some job responsibilities
- Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
- Understanding of basic banking knowledge desired with a focus on cash clearing and securities custody
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, with a strong aptitude for identifying numerical trends and working with large, complex data sets.
- At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
