Associate - Home Loans Product Manager

Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association ("MSPBNA") offers banking and credit products and services, including securities-based lending, mortgage loans and home equity lines of credit primarily to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management's high net worth clients.
MSPBNA is seeking an Associate - Product Manager who will help lead projects and design products to meet the needs of our clients while complying with regulatory, risk, and operational requirements. The role, which sits within the Morgan Stanley Home Loans Product Group, will report to the Executive Director, Home Loans New Product Development, and work closely with Home Loans management and external partners to manage a pipeline of initiatives critical to the growth of the business and to ensuring an exemplary client experience.

Job Description/Position Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI solutions, from ideation through launch and ongoing improvement
- Translate business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Help prioritize the Home Loans new product backlog based on business value, risk, and user impact
- Partner with technology teams during build, testing, and deployment
- Validate solutions meet business goals, compliance requirements, and user needs
- Create PowerPoint presentations to supplement initiative reviews, working groups, status updates
Required Experience
- 2-5 years of professional experience
- Banking, wealth management and/or top tier consulting firm with a focus on banking or wealth management is a plus
- BA/BS required
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Focused attention to detail
- Creative problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn quickly about mortgages
- Curiosity and learning mindset, especially around emerging AI capabilities
