Analyze transactional data, user behavior, and system access logs to identify patterns indicative of fraud or account abuse Perform link analysis using graph analytics to uncover connections between accounts, employees, or third parties that may suggest collusion or organized fraud Investigate & escalate suspected internal fraud incidents including policy violations, trading misconduct, data manipulation, or misuse of systems Prepare clear documentation of investigations, including findings, escalations & potential trends Collaborate with internal departments such as Compliance, Legal, HR, and IT Security to ensure a coordinated fraud response BA or BS preferred, but not required Minimum of 3 years of fraud analytics experience in a banking & brokerage institutions Solid understanding of fraud risk management principles, red flags, and regulatory considerations Experience with fraud analytics or case management tools Competence in querying and analyzing data Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
