Front Desk Attendant - Night Auditor (Part-Time)
Jackie Robinson Training Complex is looking for a Front Desk Attendant (Night Auditor) to serve as hotel guests’ overnight point of contact, managing all aspects of their accommodations. The major purpose of this role is to complete the night audit process in the property management system and provide exceptional customer service to overnight guests. As the primary representative on-site during overnight hours, this role is also responsible for ensuring guest safety, security, and hotel readiness for the upcoming day.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and deliver superior guest service to ensure maximum satisfaction throughout their stay
- Manage all check-in, check-out, payment processing, and reservation input accurately and efficiently
- Provide detailed information regarding hotel amenities, policies, services, and surrounding points of interest
- Act as the liaison between guests and support departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure swift resolution of guest requests
- Professionally handle, address, and resolve guest complaints or issues during overnight hours
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering and routing phone calls, monitoring and forwarding emails, and distributing guest mail and packages
- Maintain updated booking and payment records, balance daily financial transactions, and process merchandise sales
- Run and verify the end-of-day auditing process within the Property Management System (PMS)
- Immediately report any safety hazards, accidents, or injuries to management in compliance with property protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Hotel Operations and Guest Services Coordinator
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or relevant guest service experience preferred
- Previous experience with cash handling, balancing, and drawer reconciliation
- Experience with Opera Cloud Hotel Property Management System highly preferred
- Outstanding verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the proven ability to work independently with minimal overnight supervision
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and software
- Ability and willingness to work irregular hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

We are the permanent home to several signature youth-focused events and programs, such as the Nike RBI World Series and the Hank Aaron Invitational, which teach players how to succeed on and off the field. The historic facility, formerly known as Dodgertown, was renamed Jackie Robinson Training Complex in honor of its trailblazing namesake.
