Position
MIO's U.S. Advisory team is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide administrative support starting in 2026. As an Executive Assistant at MIO, you'll provide essential administrative and logistical support to Advisors, Wealth Planners, and other senior team members, enabling them to focus on high-impact work. This full-time, hybrid position is based in Atlanta, GA, and reports to the Executive Assistant Lead.
Primary responsibilities
- Calendar management: Organize and manage complex schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring efficient time allocation in line with priorities.
- Client and internal communication: Act as a trusted partner and handle sensitive client information and communications with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and timely follow-through.
- Document preparation and management: Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, presentations, and other materials with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving and proactive support: Anticipate needs, identify issues, and proactively recommend or take action to support seamless operations and team effectiveness.
- Relationship management: Develop strong working relationships with the U.S. Advisory team, global Advisory assistants, and other MIO departments to support cross-border scheduling and collaboration.
- Team support and projects: Support the Advisory team with ad hoc projects, meeting logistics, and client communication.
- Undergraduate degree required
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar administrative or support capacity in a professional environment, ideally consulting, financial services, or a related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); strong email and calendar management experience required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and high emotional intelligence
- Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Base salary range
$75,000-$75,000 USD
