Technical Program Manager, Business Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join us in building the future of how businesses connect and grow on Meta. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role with our Business Engineering organization, driving a portfolio of advertiser-centric projects that span the entire organization. Technical Program Manager, Business Engineering Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage complex, cross-functional Business Engineering programs across a broad product portfolio, working within a matrix organization
• Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives
• Provide hands-on program management across the entire project lifecycle, including in-depth analysis, design, development, rigorous testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, while managing change control to maintain program scope and health
• Evaluate development projects based on their strategic value and measurable business impact
• Identify and implement strategic opportunities to significantly boost productivity by reducing execution times, streamlining collaboration workflows, and scaling best practices across teams
• Align project requirements and scope with core Engineering teams and cross-functional partners
• Inspire, motivate, and focus a large, collaborative group of stakeholders and engineers to consistently achieve ambitious goals

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience of program management or equivalent experience
• Experience communicating to software engineering and knowledge of architecture and design
• Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams
• Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
• Interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional team
• Analytical and problem-solving experience
• Experience with large-scale systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing Technical Program Management Experience for Marketing, Ads, or other Monetization strategies
