Internal Communications Manager, Product Risk & Compliance
Meta is hiring an Internal Communications Manager to support the Product Risk and Compliance organization. In this role, you will be part of Meta's Organization Communications team-a group that works closely with executives, cross-functional partners, and global teams in order to keep employees informed, inspired, and connected to our mission. In this particular role, you'll work closely with Michel Protti (Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer) and the Risk Org, helping to shape and amplify communications around some of Meta's most critical priorities, including how we use Artificial Intelligence and automation to strengthen our compliance outcomes, Youth Safety, and global regulatory response.
Internal Communications Manager, Product Risk & Compliance Responsibilities:
- Manage internal communication strategies for Product Risk & Compliance
- Plan for major initiatives and program rollouts, managing organizational changes, and handling critical issues
- Develop messaging on a range of topics, including organizational strategy, product launches, and milestones
- Advise on methods for delivering messages to the organization in order to achieve announcement objectives
- Lead on all internal communications infrastructure and activities, including posts, videos, Q&As, and All Hands
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, consulting on communications best practices and change management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Operations, etc.)
- Implement measurement and analysis strategies to guide communications best practices and demonstrate impact

- Bachelors Degree in Communications or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields
- 3+ years of dedicated internal communications experience
- Experience influencing executives to deliver on a communications strategy
- Experience translating complex information into clear, engaging content for multiple audiences
- Experience in project management, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using data and analysis to inform communications strategy
- Experience in technology, privacy, or security communications
- Experience supporting an international, hybrid workforce

$145,000/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
