Growth Marketing Manager, Partnerships

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate advertiser adoption of Meta's advertising solutions through strategic technology partnerships. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of product, partnerships, and growth-designing and executing data-driven programs that help businesses discover, adopt, and maximize the value of Meta's advertising products. You'll work with cross-functional teams across the ecosystem to unlock new growth opportunities, remove friction in the customer journey, and scale high-impact solutions that drive measurable business results. This role requires someone who can analyze data to identify opportunities / challenges, rapidly experiment and iterate leveraging growth tactics and scaled channels while scaling what works to drive business impact.

Growth Marketing Manager, Partnerships Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic growth roadmaps that drive advertiser adoption of Meta advertising products through technology partner ecosystems, influencing business decisions with data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Identify and size growth opportunities by conducting in-depth analysis of market dynamics, customer behavior, and partnership performance-translating findings into prioritized initiatives with clear KPIs and measurable impact
  • Design and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing programs that accelerate solution awareness, consideration, and adoption across advertiser segments, optimizing performance throughout the funnel
  • Develop and manage end-to-end measurement frameworks that demonstrate marketing's impact on key business outcomes, including advertiser activation, revenue growth, and product adoption metrics
  • Partner with internal and ecosystem partners to co-create go-to-market strategies, enablement programs, and joint marketing initiatives that unlock mutual growth
  • Drive experimentation and innovation by designing rigorous A/B tests, leveraging AI/ML for personalization and optimization, and implementing advanced strategies like dynamic audience targeting and multi-touch attribution
  • Build compelling, data-driven narratives for executive stakeholders that communicate complex insights, influence strategic decisions, and secure alignment and resources for growth initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Partnerships, Data Science, and Creative teams to deliver integrated programs that move the business forward
  • Continuously identify emerging trends, technologies, and growth levers-championing new approaches and fostering an environment of experimentation within the team
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, product growth, data science, agency or management consulting with demonstrated track record of driving measurable business results
  • Experience developing and executing data-driven growth strategies across multiple marketing channels, with proven ability to optimize performance and scale successful programs
  • Proficiency with data analysis and SQL, including extracting, manipulating, and analyzing campaign performance, audience, and behavioral data to generate actionable insights
  • Experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests and experiments, interpreting results, and translating findings into strategic recommendations
  • Experience establishing KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution models that connect marketing activities to business outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience to solve complex, ambiguous business problems through structured thinking, impact-versus-effort prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven communication skills with ability to create compelling presentations and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments, coordinating across technical and non-technical teams to deliver on time and with high quality
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with advanced analytical concepts including statistical analysis, predictive analytics, or machine learning applications in marketing
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and designing executive-level dashboards that communicate complex insights to varied audiences
  • Track record of building and scaling technology partnership programs or ecosystem marketing initiatives
  • Experience marketing advertising products, measurement solutions, or developer/API-oriented products to technical and business audiences
  • Knowledge of Meta's advertising products and platform capabilities, or experience with similar advertising technologies
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate marketing operations, automate workflows, and enhance personalization and targeting strategies
  • Experience driving collaboration across organizations at the operating model level, including defining partnership frameworks and resolving cross-team challenges

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
