Global Workplace Services Program Manager

Meta is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to support the Global Workplace Services (GWS) organization, which includes Real Estate and Facilities, Culinary, and Security. This role will lead and drive strategic, high-impact cross-functional programs that span multiple teams within the organization and across the company.As a Program Manager at this level, you will be responsible for the successful execution of complex, high-visibility programs on behalf of executive sponsors. You will assemble and lead cross-functional teams, build alignment and support among key stakeholders, tailor project management frameworks to program needs, and manage all aspects of program execution. You will join an agile team that drives significant impact across GWS.You will be strategic and highly effective executor with demonstrated experience driving impact in Workplace or Corporate Real Estate organizations. You will have demonstrated success coordinating with regional and global partners on complex, mission-critical programs involving many interdependent teams. You are highly organized, poised, and able to influence at all levels of the organization.

Global Workplace Services Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale, strategic programs with activities spanning multiple teams and business partners
  • Partner closely with executive sponsors to define scope, execute, and operationalize programs
  • Define program objectives and key results that ladder up to pillar and organizational priorities
  • Drive program teams to ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Build alignment among key stakeholders and escalate critical decisions as needed
  • Application of problem-solving skills to challenge the status quo and develop efficient workflows and engagement models
  • Represent organizatgion with company leadership and external partners
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic program management, or similar roles in tech or business services
  • Proven track record of developing tailored strategic communications, experience presenting complex ideas to leadership and executive audiences
  • Experience leading meetings and driving outcomes, building partnerships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in change management and operationalizing programs with operational teams
  • Demonstrated success working with international and cross-regional teams
  • Highly organized, responsive, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading global programs with cross-regional partners
  • Background in Corporate Real Estate or Workplace Services organizations
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Experience working in high-growth companies

$172,000/year to $241,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
