Client Partner - FMCG UK

As a Client Partner for the FMCG and FMCG Disruptors in the UK region, you'll lead Meta's strategy & relationships with large customers from these industries - driving strategy, performance, and innovation at scale. With proven track record in brand & performance marketing and solid understanding of each client's business, you'll develop growth plans & strategies that deliver long-term impact. Success in this role requires good consultative sales and analytical skills to drive meaningful revenue growth, along with the capability to influence C-level stakeholders, drive decision-making with data analysis and interpretation, and lead critical cross-functional collaboration. This position is based in London, and travel might be required when needed.

Client Partner - FMCG UK Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients across FMCG and FMCG Disruptor industries, accountable for revenue growth and strategic partnership development
  • Build trusted relationships at executive levels, turning Meta into a strategic growth partner with demonstrated business acumen and industry understanding
  • Develop and execute client-specific growth strategies with short and long-term vision. Apply data-driven insights to shape business strategy
  • Anticipate industry, consumer, and partner-specific trends in order to influence Meta's future business strategies
  • Strategize, plan and lead the cross-functional collaboration to implement scalable solutions & tools on performance, measurement, and creative strategy to elevate client results
  • Champion product adoption and innovation and shape Meta's product roadmap based on client feedback and market needs
  • Develop narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, build narratives, and present findings to key decision makers
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in digital media, consulting, sales, product and/or performance marketing
  • Experience and understanding of the digital advertising landscape and solutions, combined with commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
  • Experience and understanding of user acquisition/ retention dynamics, attribution models, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Analytical skills and experience in translating data into powerful, actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated experience to adjust communication and presentation to different levels and needs, crafting compelling narratives
  • Executive presence with a proven track record of influencing C-level stakeholders through structured storytelling and data-driven insights
  • Experience of prioritising workload effectively, successfully managing your time and stakeholders, to achieve your goals
  • Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders
  • Proven experience of setting and meeting meaningful goals that drive growth
  • Fluent in English
