Agency Solution Manager

An Agency Solution Manager (ASM) plays a pivotal role in empowering agency partners to maximize the value of Meta's advertising platforms and tools. This role is focused on solution program design, implementation, optimization, and actionable insight generation that equips agencies with the knowledge, resources, and hands-on support needed to use Meta's solutions independently and effectively for their clients.

Agency Solution Manager Responsibilities:

• Platform & Product Training
• Deliver in-depth training sessions on Meta's advertising products, APIs, and platform features
• Create and maintain technical documentation, best practice guides, and FAQs tailored to agency workflows
• Host workshops or webinars to introduce new features, tools, or updates
• Solution Implementation Support
• Guide agencies through the technical setup and integration of Meta's solutions (e.g., pixel implementation, CAPI, offline conversions, API integrations)
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for technical issues during onboarding or campaign launches
• Develop custom solution playbooks for specific agency or client needs
• Data Analytics & Reporting Enablement
• Train agencies on using analytics tools (e.g., Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, third-party BI tools) to extract actionable insights
• Build dashboards or reporting templates that agencies can use to monitor and optimize campaign performance
• Teach agencies how to interpret data, set up A/B tests, and use advanced measurement solutions
• AI & Automation Adoption
• Learn and use AI-powered tools (e.g., automated reporting, workflow helpers) to streamline daily work
• Integrate simple automation (e.g., templates, scripts, macros) into personal workflow to improve efficiency
• Share useful tools, shortcuts, and learnings with the immediate team
• Technical Consultation & Best Practices
• Advise agencies on technical best practices for campaign setup, tracking, attribution, and optimization
• Provide guidance on privacy, data security, and compliance with Meta's policies and industry standards
• Offer consultative support for advanced use cases (e.g., dynamic ads, custom audiences, API-based buying)
• Enablement Resource Development
• Develop and share self-serve resources such as video tutorials, code samples, and troubleshooting guides
• Curate a knowledge base or resource hub for agencies to access technical materials on demand

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical solutions, ad operations, or analytics role (preferably in digital advertising or martech)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced skills in data analytics (SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience with AI productivity tools and workflow automation
