Job Description:
The Business Banking Leasing Officer position requires the ability to establish relationships with Bank Partners and Clients as well as facilitate the day-to-day equipment finance transactions. This position requires strong organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and also the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Credit experience is preferred.
- Package and drive all transactions through the closing process.
- Provides system support to designated Originators.
- General liaison with clients, bankers and business partners.
- Processes awarded deals through internal system and monitors to ensure expeditious underwriting, documentation and funding of transactions.
- Acts in the capacity of program manager for the processing of periodic fundings under master lease lines.

Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified
- 3+ years of lending or banking experience; equipment finance/leasing and credit underwriting experience preferred.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
