This position will provide support to the supply chain analysis function to ensure that vendor and customer program items are set up, implemented, and maintained correctly. Conduct full lifecycle actions to include analytical and reporting capabilities. Continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and "clean" data, review computer reports, printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Effectively communicate with operations to ensure compliance is maintained
• Maintain and update SOP as processes change
• Audit data on a regular basis to ensure data integrity and quality
• Work with supply chain team on special projects

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting
• Statistical knowledge
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• College degree or related work experience in business, finance, logistics and/or supply chain management
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
