Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Consolidations and Reporting, this role serves as a strategic financial data steward and reporting innovator within McKesson Technology Finance. As a key contributor of operational reporting and Master Data governance, this position drives financial transparency, and efficiency across McKesson Technology (MT) as a whole. The role is pivotal in shaping standardized, automated reporting solutions that significantly transform FP&A processes, optimize decision-making, and influence the design of core financial systems and tools.
- Own and lead complex Master Data management across MT Finance, ensuring precision in allocation drivers, invoice data, cost center structures, UID and BU% mapping, and allocation rules—critical components underpinning financial performance across the McKesson Technology landscape.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards that significantly enhance financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Safeguard data integrity across Power BI and other reporting platforms used broadly by the entire MT Finance team
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to engineer finance automation and reporting enhancements that scale across McKesson Technology.
- Actively champion the Finance Optimization program, driving scalable, efficient processes that strengthen operational resilience and positively impact stakeholder confidence.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline data flows, enhance reporting accuracy, and accelerate financial close cycles.
- Own and execute the quarterly billing process, ensuring alignment with BU targets and enterprise objectives.
- Deliver high-impact variance analyses and performance scorecards, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with business units to assess performance drivers and variance trends, influencing strategic decisions across MT Finance.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field
- 7+ years experience in FP&A, accounting, or other relevant experience
Preferred:
- Advanced MS Excel; highly proficient at financial modeling and effectively handling large sets of data in a sustainable manner
- Power BI expertise required (experience in building dashboards, data visualization, and analytics)
- Able it influence without formal authority
- Ability to think critically and work autonomously
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly and drive process improvements
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management skills able to successfully manage multiple competing priorities
- SAP/BPC Experience Strongly Preferred
- Experience within Technology Finance a plus
- Experience with Financial Consolidations and Reporting a plus
