Maven is seeking a Senior Director of Fertility Network Strategy & Operations to lead our global and domestic network operations in fertility and women’s health. This role will oversee the design, development, and optimization of Maven’s provider ecosystem — including fertility clinics, pharmacies, and ancillary partners — to ensure world-class access, quality, and cost performance across our programs.
Reporting to the VP of Payment Delivery, the Senior Director is responsible for overseeing network development and maintenance - this includes oversight of our provider network clinical initiatives, provider engagement and relations, contracting and credentialing and provider data management. The role will also drive the ongoing evolution of Maven’s network strategy, collaborating deeply with Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams to ensure that Maven’s provider network scales effectively to meet business and clinical goals.
A critical aspect of this role is ensuring positive, proactive relationships are established and maintained with key fertility network partners as well as provider and institutional network leaders. The Senior Director will oversee and evaluate provider contracting and credentialing, ensure compliance with Maven’s contract standards, and drive initiatives that enhance provider engagement, network efficiency, and clinical excellence.

Own Maven’s global fertility network strategy, setting the long-term vision, priorities, and roadmap for network growth, quality, and cost performance

Lead the development, expansion, and optimization of provider partnerships across fertility, women’s health, and ancillary services, ensuring exceptional access and outcomes

Oversee network economics and contracting, including pricing models, reimbursement strategies, and financial performance against margin targets

Cultivate senior-level partnerships with fertility clinics, labs, and pharmaceutical manufacturers to advance innovation and member experience

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Client Success to align network initiatives with business and clinical goals

Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for network quality, access, cost, and partner engagement, leveraging data for continuous improvement

Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of operational excellence and strategic innovation
Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare network strategy, provider partnerships, or payer-provider operations, with a strong focus on fertility or women’s health.

Proven success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex provider ecosystems

Deep expertise in contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and financial modeling within healthcare networks

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions

Exceptional executive communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence internal and external senior stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) preferred
The base salary range for this role is $213,000 - $250,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible and you will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
