Provider Operations is the engine behind our provider network. We design and execute the provider lifecycle — from onboarding and activation through engagement, availability, and retention — ensuring providers are ready, supported, and positioned to deliver high-quality care at scale.

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Provider Network Operations to own and optimize high-impact operational work streams within the provider lifecycle.

The Role

This role is built for an experienced operator who thrives in complexity and takes ownership beyond task execution. As a Senior Associate, you will lead critical components of the provider lifecycle end-to-end — identifying structural gaps, improving velocity to bring providers on to the Maven platform, and building scalable processes that strengthen provider experience while protecting margin.

You will partner cross-functionally across Clinical, Member Operations, Workforce Planning, Finance, Product, and Legal to deliver measurable improvements in activation, availability, and operational efficiency.

As Senior Associate, Provider Operations at Maven, you will:

  • Own critical components of the provider lifecycle, driving readiness to see members on the platform, operational reliability, and scalable growth
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that accelerate time-to-platform and strengthen provider engagement
  • Leverage data to track lifecycle KPIs, surface trends, and inform decisions related to cost, availability, and retention
  • Improve systems and workflows through automation and process design, reducing manual work and operational risk
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and uphold compliance, governance, and quality standards for Maven providers
  • Operate with a “no task too big or too small” mindset — owning work end-to-end, from hands-on execution (e.g., data entry, case resolution) to leading initiatives that improve processes, systems, and overall operational performance

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in telehealth, provider network management, or a similarly complex operational environment
  • Demonstrated ownership of programs or work streams, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong process discipline and a bias toward operational rigor
  • Comfortable working with data — able to analyze trends, build reporting, and translate insights into action
  • Confident operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
  • Comfortable in core operational systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, Looker, Zendesk, or similar platforms)
  • Continuously optimize systems you create, so they require less manual input over time while delivering greater results.
  • Nice to have: experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Scribe AI, GPT copilots) to streamline your own work and empower others.

The base salary range for this role is $98,000-$110,000 per year. You will also be entitled to equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset

This role requires active work authorization in the US.
