Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Brand Finance – LATAM is a strategic finance leader responsible for connecting brand strategy
with financial performance. This role provides end-to-end visibility of profitability — from Gross Billing to Margin
— by brand, SKU, and country, enabling data-driven decisions on pricing, portfolio mix, and investment
allocation.
As a strategic business partner to Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, the Sr. Manager leads the forecasting and
variance analysis of Gross Billing, cost, and margin, ensuring that commercial plans and operational realities are
fully aligned. This includes evaluating brand profitability, pricing architecture, and Advertising & Promotion (A&P)
budgets, as well as identifying risks and opportunities across the region.
By integrating insights from market performance, consumer demand, and cost structures, this leader influences
key business decisions related to pricing, innovation, brand investments, and resource deployment. The Sr.
Manager ensures financial discipline while enabling growth, acting as the financial voice of the brands and driving
sustainable, profitable performance across LATAM.
What You’ll Do
- Lead profitability analysis by brand and category, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Oversee the revenue forecasting process (Gross Billings), ensuring alignment with regional goals.
- Monitor the full P&L (sales, cost, royalties, A&P), ensuring visibility and financial control.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on strategic pricing and promotional decisions.
- Coordinate monthly financial close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and develop the regional Brand Finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Drive process improvements and analytical tool enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Present financial insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Finan, or related field.ce or
- Proficient English
- Bachelor's Degree Economics or
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration
- 6+ years Commercial finance, Finance and planning, Finance Analysis and
- 6+ years Preferred background in consumer goods, technology, or financial consulting industries. and
- 6+ years Experience in multinational companies with regional scope.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems (Oracle, Tableau, Anaplan, EPBCS, etc.)
- Strong command of P&L, forecasting, pricing, and profitability analysis
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Clear communication of financial insights to senior stakeholders
