Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Development and Delivery
Manager to oversee the successful delivery of technology solutions for our Logistics
and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management
System (OMS) implementations, preferably with experience in Blue Yonder (BY) WMS
and IBM Distributed Order Management (DOM) platforms.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in overall flow of goods from origin to end
consumers, including inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics. In addition, have
experience in order processing (B2B and DTC), inventory control, and transportation
management.
This role will be responsible for driving global logistics IT initiatives, leading crossfunctional
teams, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless
end-to-end supply chain operations.
The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad, Overlap with US
EST time zone to collaborate with Extended team
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in logistics or supply chain technology roles
- Proven experience implementing and supporting WMS and OMS solutions, preferably Blue Yonder (BY) WMS and IBM DOM
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, DTC fulfillment, B2B fulfillment, and global logistics processes
- Expertise in system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data mapping
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
- Experience working effectively in multicultural environments across different time zones
