Job Description

The Opportunity: 

Mattel EMEA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our EMEA Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, APAC/EMEA, this position will be mainly responsible for supporting the team with end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition management, and employer brand marketing. We are looking for a professional who can support the team in delivering a great candidate experience and act as a recruiter at ground level—especially for intern programs and early career positions.

You will partner closely with P&C colleagues, leaders, key stakeholders, and external partners across the region, as well as with the Global Talent Acquisition team, to support the company’s objectives, business growth, and the development of a diverse and talented workforce. This role will also help embed company values and culture into the talent acquisition process and contribute to positioning Mattel as an employer of choice.

What Your Impact Will Be :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including passive talent outreach.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and P&C business partners to understand hiring needs.
• Use creative sourcing and recruiting techniques to attract, evaluate, and hire top-tier talent.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines through research, referrals, events, and sourcing campaigns.
• Advise and influence hiring managers and P&C teams with market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent data.
• Assess candidates’ skills and fit through resume screening, interviews, and evaluations.
• Ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Oversee TA operations for assigned groups, from sourcing and scheduling to offers and onboarding.
• Support EMEA Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence initiatives, including campus recruitment, employer branding, and process improvements.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment across multiple European countries.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and business acumen; able to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and insights.
• Proficient in MS Office, ATS, and HRIS systems; strong research skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Gross annual salary range of PLN 147440  - PLN 175085
• Bonus Scheme: Participation in Mattel Incentive Plan (MIP) with the target of 7.5% of base salary, payout is determined by company and individual performance results
