Job Description

We are seeking a talented Workload AI Automation Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying automation opportunities, and deploying AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, increase operational efficiency and throughput, and improve productivity. This role works at the intersection of data analysis, process engineering, and applied AI helping the organization scale efficiently by automating repetitive or high-volume tasks. In this role you will be responsible for improved accuracy and consistency in automated workflows. You will also be responsible for building a scalable automation framework that can be reused across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design and implement automation solutions using AI models, RPA tools, workflow orchestration systems, or custom scripts.

·      Build AI agents(Gen AI, Agentic AI) for task automation (classification, summarization, data extraction, routing, etc.).

·      Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept automations to demonstrate impact.

·      Configure, test, and optimize automation pipelines to ensure accuracy and reliability.

·      Conduct workload assessments using metrics such as time-on-task, error rates, and volume trends.

·      Evaluate business processes for automation feasibility, complexity, and ROI.

·      Map current workflows, workload distribution, and operational bottlenecks.

·      Collect and interpret operational data to measure workload, throughput, and automation effectiveness.

·      Track KPIs: time saved, cost reduction, output quality, automation success/failure rates.

·      Produce dashboards and reports summarizing automation opportunities and realized value.

·      Translate business needs into clear automation requirements and execution plans.

·      Provide training, documentation, and change-management support to ensure smooth adoption.

·      Conduct workload assessments using metrics such as time-on-task, error rates, and volume trends.

·      Ensure automation follows compliance, data governance, and security standards.

·      Monitor deployed automations for degradation, exceptions, and required updates.

·      Maintain logs, audit trails, and version control for automation components.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

·      Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·      2+ years of experience in process analysis, data analytics, automation, or AI tools.

Technical Skills:

·      Familiarity with AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, etc.).

·      Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, IONA, iAutomate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.

·      Knowledge of Python or SQL for data analysis and light automation scripting.

·      Understanding of workflow tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Airflow).

·      Ability to analyze datasets and create dashboards.

·      Exposure to AI/LLM tools for code generation or automation.

·      Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts.

·      Experience with MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, etc.

·      Working knowledge of Gen AI, Agentic AI for workflow automation.

·      Solid understanding of On-prem infrastructure, Linux & windows systems, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI)

·      Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automating and managing deployments in public cloud environments.

·      Working with development, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Preferred Skills:

·      Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and operational tasks.

·      A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop outside-the-box solutions.

·      Exposure to AI/LLM tools for code generation and automation.

·      Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.

·      Experience working in both on-prem and cloud (AWS/GCP) environments.
