Mastercard Identity, within the Security Solutions organization, leads the development of products and services that enable global commerce, powers financial inclusion, prevents crime and makes some of the most seamless experiences possible.
As part of Mastercard Identity, the Identity Attribute Verification team drives the development and management of products, programs, and services focused on deterministic attribute verification. The team delivers significant value across the ecosystem, helping to combat new fraud and address regulatory requirements. Our vision is to deliver a single, rail-agnostic platform and a real-time suite of solutions.

Job Description
Role Overview
The senior specialist will support Account Status Inquiry (ASI) by driving the growth of current ASI usage and the adoption of future enhancements. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining product documentation, reporting and supporting customer success. This role also involves partnering with regional teams to drive customer adoption. The specialist will manage ASI utilization across all regions, support regional revenue opportunities, and assist in risk management. Additionally, they will contribute to business case development and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop expertise and drive initiatives for Account Status Inquiry and Identity Attribute Verification suite of products
• Create and maintain product documentation, best practices, sales material and operational processes
• Develop business requirements for new features and enhancements
• Monitor results, track and report KPIs
• Performance management including analyzing customer and segment trends
• Optimize business growth by identifying key merchant opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches and enhancements
• Support customer inquiries with sense of urgency
• Support defining best practice use cases
• Work with customers, partners, and internal product/sales teams globally

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2+ years of experience in payment or financial services industry with strong data analysis, documentation and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and presentation skills
• Proficiency in creating product documentation, drafting customer announcements, and developing presentations is crucial.
• Strong data analysis, strategic thinking, problem solving and cross-functional team building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data
• Knowledge of transaction processing is a plus
