Overview
Join Mastercard's dynamic Sourcing & Supplier Management team, where we drive strategic sourcing initiatives and elevate supplier performance across the enterprise. As a Senior Analyst focused on Supplier Performance Management, you'll play a key role in optimizing our global critical supply base, enhancing operational efficiency, and mitigating supplier risk. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformation efforts and contribute to critical supplier programs that support Mastercard's business objectives.
Role
• Partner with category managers, regional sourcing leads, and business owners to develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to business unit needs.
• Support supplier performance initiatives by maintaining SLA/KPI tracking tools, managing documentation repositories, and coordinating critical supplier training activities.
• Lead sourcing operations including spend analysis, RFx development, contract negotiation, and risk management.
• Deliver insights on market trends, emerging supply options, and industry developments to inform sourcing decisions.
• Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives across supply chain systems and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, and Business Owners to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Contribute to tail spend supplier consolidation efforts and support Third Party Risk Management and B2B payment strategies.

• You're data-driven and skilled in business intelligence tools to support decision-making.
• You have experience managing supplier performance, mitigating risk, and driving cost efficiencies.
• You're a strong communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• You're proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating complex organizational structures.
• You've led or contributed to supply chain transformation efforts and enjoy driving change.
• You're passionate about continuous improvement and delivering value through strategic sourcing.
