Job Description Summary: Manager, SSO Product & Solutions - Japan (Bilingual: Japanese & English)
Role Overview
The Manager for SSO (Security Solutions Organization) Product & Solutions in Japan is responsible for driving key SSO initiatives and supporting the creation and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored to Japan's market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and customer expectations. This role requires close collaboration with regional product teams, business development, and customer success to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the localization and commercialization of SSO products for the Japanese market, ensuring cultural, regulatory, and operational fit.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies, including bundling, pricing, and positioning of SSO solutions such as Cyber, Identity, and Fraud Prevention.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Services, BD, Customer Success, Legal) to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Act as a product SME in client engagements, RFPs, and partner discussions.
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback to global teams for continuous improvement.
• Represent the Japan market in regional and global product roadmap discussions.
Required Qualifications
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in cybersecurity, fraud, or digital identity domains.
• Strong understanding of Japan's financial services ecosystem and regulatory environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
• Experience with pre-sales, customer success or product onboarding is a plus.
• Familiarity with payment ecosystems and systems integrators in Japan.
