Overview
The Dispute Resolution team is looking for a Lead Product Manager - Technical, to help drive our Next Gen Dispute Collaboration strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious and possesses a technical analysis mindset.
Role
• Partner with External teams to understand and analyze to fully elaborate the feature stories based on DOD and align them with the technical workstream.
• Partner with Business Analysts and Prodcut Owners to fully elaborate the feature stories based on DOD and align them with the technical workstream.
• Work closely with developers and requesters to identifying data and functional requirements for the application/system/feature.
• Help BizOps and Dev teams on the customer workorders from the app/tech/system anlaysis perspective.
• Help the team on the overall feature demos to feature team/Release Trains (on need basis)
All About You
• Bachelors Degree and intermediate level of systems analysis work experience required.

• Proficient in Card/payments domains and knowledge of "dispute processing" is desirable but not mandatory.
• Good konwlegde of SQL queries and familiarity with Oracal Database
• Proficient in Agile processes, especially SAFe.
• Good business writing skills and effective presentations skills.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Requires minimal supervision/assistance.
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills
• Advanced skills in analysis and requirement definition. Creates business customer requirements (features, user stories, use cases, etc) and closely works with engineering team to groom them.
• Advanced knowledge/experience with Software development lifecycle
• Reviews product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature set
Skills that are a plus:
• Experienced in building platforms with Microservice architecture
• Experience with virtualization like Cloud Foundry(PCF), Docker etc.
