Job Title: Director, Enterprise Strategy

Join our dynamic Strategy and Execution team. This strategy role is ideal for someone passionate about payments and innovation. Our team focuses on Commercial and New Payment flows - payments made and received by small business & large corporations, and money movement transactions (e.g., P2P) via our Mastercard Move capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Support business leaders within CNPF to design, evaluate and advance their strategies, with a strong focus on in-market delivery and implementation.
- Contribute to the CNPF's overall strategy through thought leadership and creativity.
- Build strong, cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders across MA (e.g., Core Payments, Services, regional leadership and other function groups etc.) to drive execution
- Identify, structure, and prioritize cross-functional initiatives (e.g., secular shift opportunities, market-level execution plans, key product priorities, etc.) to generate actionable recommendations.
- Apply strategic and analytical rigor to product and regional strategies, acting as a thought partner
- Maintain knowledge of the commercial and money movement landscape and market trends to develop innovative solutions and product strategies.
- Share learnings and insights with global product teams, regional product teams, and other key stakeholders, where relevant.
- Working and leading across of cross functional teams to drive outputs and deliverables.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in strategy consulting or developing go-to-market strategies for payments.
- Extensive experience of translating strategies to execution plans, driving end to end execution - particularly in a cross-functional environment
- Strong understanding of Mastercard's products, services, and key revenue drivers, as well as the larger payment industry.
