Overview
B2B Travel is a key vertical within Mastercard's Corporate Solutions strategy, encompassing payment flows between online travel agencies (OTAs), airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel ecosystem participants. This role will focus on enabling and expanding acceptance across the travel value chain, ensuring competitive economics, and fostering collaboration between ecosystem players to drive adoption and usage of Mastercard solutions in this segment.
Role
In this role, the selected candidate will:
• Develop and execute initiatives to expand acceptance of Mastercard's B2B travel payment solutions among airlines, hotels, rental car companies, associations, and other ecosystem partners.
• Work with partners to identify and address barriers to acceptance, including economics, settlement cycles, and operational processes.
• Engage with industry stakeholders to promote Mastercard's capabilities and highlight value-added solutions for the travel segment.
• Support the development of strategies and materials that facilitate partner engagement and adoption.
• Monitor performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and new use cases.
• Work closely with internal teams, such as Products, Sales, and Customer Delivery, to align execution.

The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Deep experience and network within the B2B travel Ecosystem in Brazil/LAC
• Have experience in B2B payment flows within the travel industry, specificcaly between travel intermediaries and suppliers
• Understanding of the tarvel distribution system and networks
• Demonstrate strong relationship management and negotiation skills with both commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Understand the key factors influencing acceptance in travel payments, including economics and settlement processes.
• Be able to work collaboratively with partners and internal teams to deliver solutions that meet market needs.
• Be organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Hold a bachelor's degree; specialization in business, economics, or related fields is desirable.
